The HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE is responsible for overseeing the human resources and administrative functions within the organization. They play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, and hire new employees
• Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disputes
• Implement and oversee employee training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Handle payroll and benefits administration
• Manage office supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
