The HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and administrative functions within the organization. They will be tasked with recruiting, onboarding, and managing employees, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, they will handle general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new employees
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee benefits and payroll administration
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Manage office supplies and facilities
• Assist in organizing company events and meetings
• Handle general administrative tasks as needed
