Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update employee records
  • Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings and scheduling interviews
  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation process
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintaining accurate records
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department
