We are seeking a highly organized and motivated HR & Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
• Conduct interviews and participate in hiring decisions
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Oversee employee performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Manage employee relations and address any issues or concerns that arise
• Coordinate employee training and development programs
• Handle payroll and benefits administration
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all labor laws
• Manage office supplies and equipment
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
