• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Maintain employee records and files
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding process
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Handle employee inquiries and requests

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment process including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Prepare and distribute HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policies
• Manage employee information in HRIS system
• Assist with performance management and employee relations
• Coordinate employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
