Job Description - HR Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding process of new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Manage employee relations and assist with conflict resolution
  • Assist with performance management processes
  • Handle HR-related inquiries and requests
  • Assist with compliance of HR policies and procedures

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
