Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Organize and maintain employee records and documentation.
• Assist with training and development initiatives for employees.
• Handle employee inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
