HR Assistant Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide administrative support to the HR department
• Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date
• Handle recruitment activities including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientations
• Assist with employee relations and communication
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed

Required Skill Sets:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in HR or relevant field is a plus
