HR Business Partner Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Act as a consultant to business leaders on HR-related issues
• Provide guidance and coaching to management on performance management and employee development
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
• Collaborate with HR teams to implement policies and procedures
• Participate in recruitment efforts, including screening candidates and conducting interviews
• Oversee employee relations and provide guidance on conflict resolution

Skill Sets Required:

• Proven experience as an HR business partner or similar role
• Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
