Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees, including processing paperwork and coordinating training sessions.
• Manage employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Administer payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
• Provide HR support to employees and managers on various HR-related issues.
• Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
