An HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR department. They help with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and other HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Assist with performance management processes
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support
