Job Description: HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks related to employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance. They will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the HR function within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Assist with employee relations issues and provide support to employees on HR-related matters
• Assist with training and development initiatives for employees
• Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with implementing new HR programs
