The HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting with various human resources functions and administrative tasks within the HR department. They will play a key role in supporting the HR team in recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the HR department
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Manage employee records and maintain HR databases
• Assist with employee relations issues and investigations
• Support training and development initiatives
• Handle other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
