The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team. They assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and other HR related functions. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment process including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes
• Assist with training and development initiatives
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to HR team as needed
