The HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs. They will coordinate activities related to recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, and other HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and preparing new hire paperwork.
• Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
• Coordinate training programs and ensure employees are up-to-date on required training.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
• Handle employee relations issues and assist in resolving conflicts as needed.
