We are looking for an experienced HR CUM PRO to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the HR functions as well as acting as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) for the company. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to manage employee relations and maintain a positive company image.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
• Handle employee relations issues and provide support to employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Act as the company's PRO and handle external communications with clients and stakeholders
• Organize and oversee company events and activities
• Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance

Skill Sets:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Knowledge of HR laws and best practices
• Experience in public relations and event management is a plus
