Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Managing performance appraisal process and employee development programs.
• Conducting orientation and onboarding programs for new hires.
• Overseeing payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Managing employee records and HRIS systems.
• Assisting with training and development initiatives.
• Participating in strategic HR planning and budgeting.
