Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Keep track of employee attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations
• Handle employee relations and address any grievances or conflicts
• Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Plan and organize employee training and development programs
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
• Act as a liaison between employees and management

Skill Sets:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications
• Experience in recruitment and employee relations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
