Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and conducting interviews
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's values and objectives
