Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions
• Handle employee relations, including resolving disputes, coordinating disciplinary actions, and providing support for employee needs
• Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs
• Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Conduct training sessions for employees on topics such as diversity, sexual harassment, and workplace safety
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to human resources
