The HR Generalist is responsible for all aspects of human resources functions within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining employee records.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, and interview potential candidates
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation process
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on company policies
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR-related topics
• Stay current on labor laws and regulations and ensure company compliance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
