The HR Generalist is responsible for providing support in various HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. They will work closely with employees and management to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Conduct training sessions on various HR topics for employees and managers
• Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
