HR Generalist Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR topics
• Coordinate employee training and development programs
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
