The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. They will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and select employees to fill open positions
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Administer employee benefits programs
• Manage employee performance evaluations and development plans
• Handle employee relations issues and provide coaching and counseling as needed
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
• Oversee the payroll process
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data
