The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, hiring, training, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. They play a key role in cultivating a positive work environment and ensuring that the organization's workforce is engaged and productive.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including writing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Maintain HR records and ensure that all personnel files are accurate and up to date
• Stay up to date on labor laws and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices
