Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and hiring employees.
• Managing employee benefits and compensation.
• Handling employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
• Assisting with training and development programs.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Managing employee records and files.
• Participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
