Responsibilities:

  • Managing the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Managing employee relations, including handling grievances and conducting disciplinary meetings
  • Providing HR support to employees and managers
  • Conducting new employee orientations and training programs
