The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations within the organization. They are also responsible for identifying and implementing measures to prevent accidents and create a safe working environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
• Providing health and safety training to employees
• Investigating accidents and near misses to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences
• Maintaining records of all health and safety incidents
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation
• Implementing emergency response plans and procedures
• Participating in safety committee meetings
