The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer will be responsible for ensuring the overall health and safety of employees in the workplace. They will develop and implement safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards
• Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes
• Coordinate safety training programs for employees
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Keep updated with industry best practices and regulations

Skill Sets:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Certifications in health and safety (e.g. NEBOSH) are preferred
