The Human Resource Executive is responsible for managing all human resource functions within an organization, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. They play a key role in ensuring that the organization's human capital is well-aligned with its overall business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
• Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees at all levels
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
• Manage employee benefits and compensation programs
