Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to clients and employees
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
• Resolving technical issues in a timely manner
• Assisting in network administration tasks
• Documenting technical solutions for future reference
• Ensure data security measures are in place and up to date
• Work closely with IT team to develop and implement new technology solutions

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux)
• Proficiency in networking protocols and hardware
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Experience with virtualization technologies
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
• Certifications in relevant IT fields (such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+)
