Job Description: IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
• Assist with the integration of new technology systems, including upgrades and migrations
• Manage IT assets inventory and documentation
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Experience with network protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
