An IT Support Executive is responsible for providing technical support to both internal and external customers. They troubleshoot and resolve various IT issues, ranging from software to hardware problems. The IT Support Executive ensures that all systems are up and running smoothly to maximize efficiency.

• Install and configure software and hardware
