Job Responsibilities:

- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, including network connectivity issues

- Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers and networking equipment

- Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure smooth operation of technology systems

- Document and maintain records of IT support tasks and resolutions

Skill Sets:

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware

- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

- Knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting techniques

- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
