Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and other IT systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Manage user accounts and permissions
• Implement security measures to protect our data and systems
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve their IT-related issues
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement new technologies
• Document system configurations and processes

Skill Sets

• Proficient in system administration, including Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Strong knowledge of network administration and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of cloud computing and cybersecurity best practices
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) are a plus
