JIRA Admin Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Setup and configure JIRA projects, workflows, screens, fields, and dashboards
• Create and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for JIRA-related issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement customizations
• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of JIRA software
• Create and maintain documentation for JIRA processes and configurations
• Train users on JIRA best practices and usage

Skill Sets:

• Proficient in JIRA administration, including configuring workflows, permissions, and custom fields
• Experience with JIRA software upgrades and migration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
