Join our team as a Junior Planning Engineer and contribute to the successful execution of project plans. This role involves assisting with the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of project schedules using planning software
• Monitor progress against project plans and provide regular updates to the project team
• Identify potential risks and delays in the project schedule and propose solutions
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure alignment on project timelines
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on schedule-related matters
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and tools

Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in project planning software (e.g. Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Understanding of construction project management principles
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
