The Key Account Operations Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. They will work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. Additionally, they will be responsible for monitoring account performance and providing regular reports to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to key accounts
• Resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
