Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and serve as the main point of contact for these accounts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Understand the needs and requirements of key accounts and ensure they are met
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to key accounts
• Analyze key account performance and provide regular reports to management

Skill Sets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in account management or operations
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
