Job Description: L1 Service Desk Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Providing first level support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues such as hardware, software, and networking problems.
  • Responding to tickets and requests in a timely manner, escalating to higher level support when necessary.
  • Installing, configuring, and upgrading computer systems and applications.
  • Maintaining documentation of IT assets and procedures.
  • Training end-users on basic IT functions and best practices.
