Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping crew members
• Plan and schedule work assignments
• Inspect work sites to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
• Train and mentor crew members on landscaping techniques and safety procedures
• Order and maintain supplies and equipment
• Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Skill Sets:

• Previous experience in landscaping or related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to solve problems on the job
• Physical strength and stamina to perform landscaping tasks
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
