As the Lead Technical Interior Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our interior design projects, ensuring that designs are not only visually stunning but also practical and functional.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop technical drawings and specifications for interior design projects
• Ensure that design plans are in compliance with building codes and regulations
• Review and approve material selections and finishes
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior interior designers on technical aspects of design projects
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in technical interior design

Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
• Strong technical drawing and drafting skills
• Excellent knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a lead or senior interior design role
