We are seeking a Leasing Executive to oversee and manage our property leasing operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leasing residential or commercial properties, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

• Market available properties to potential tenants through advertising and promotional events
• Screen potential tenants to ensure they meet leasing criteria
• Negotiate lease terms and ensure all legal requirements are met
• Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues that arise during the leasing process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities

Skill Sets:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Experience with property management software is a plus
• Proven track record of successful leasing transactions
