The Logistics Documentation Officer is responsible for managing and organizing all documentation related to the transportation and delivery of goods. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient and smooth logistical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and process shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipping documents, including tracking and tracing of shipments.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations regarding the transportation of goods.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies with shipping documents and communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved.

Skill Sets:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and processing.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with carriers, suppliers, and customs brokers.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using shipping software and systems to track and monitor shipments.
