The Manager of Scholarship & Financial Aid is responsible for overseeing the administration and distribution of scholarships and financial aid programs at the organization. They work closely with students, families, and donors to ensure that funds are allocated fairly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scholarship and financial aid policies and procedures
• Review applications and determine eligibility for scholarships and financial aid
• Communicate with students, families, and donors regarding scholarship and financial aid opportunities
• Manage scholarship and financial aid funds and budgets
• Collaborate with other departments to promote scholarship and financial aid programs
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in scholarship and financial aid administration
