Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D models for mechanical systems using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient design integration.
• Perform clash detection and resolution to optimize system performance and efficiency.
• Create accurate quantity take-offs and material schedules for mechanical components.
• Assist in the creation of construction documents and specifications.
• Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices for mechanical BIM modeling.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components.
• Ability to interpret and implement design concepts and specifications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for mechanical BIM modeling.
