Responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, and overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within buildings.
• Coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to ensure MEP systems are integrated seamlessly into building designs.
• Conducting site visits to assess existing MEP systems and propose improvements or upgrades.
• Developing cost estimates and budgets for MEP projects.
• Supervising and coordinating with contractors and subcontractors during the construction phase.
• Ensuring MEP systems comply with building codes and regulations.
• Providing technical advice and support to clients and other team members.

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
