The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) construction projects. They will work closely with a team of engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders including clients, engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications
• Monitor and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Manage the procurement of materials and equipment
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction

Skill Sets:

• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with project management software
