Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on construction projects
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
• Perform regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to safety and building codes
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and materials used

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Experience in project management and coordination
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
