Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing merchandising strategies that drive sales and increase revenue
• Collaborating with the product development team to create products that align with market trends
• Creating visual displays to showcase products in-store and online
• Monitoring inventory levels and making recommendations for reordering
• Analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
• Building relationships with suppliers and negotiating pricing and terms
• Training and supervising other merchandising team members
